Orla qualified as an aromatherapist in 1994 and enjoys making holistic products using essential oils for home use.
Essential oils come from plants, trees, fruit, herbs etc.. and can be used therapeutically in creams and baths and sprays etc.. to have the desired effects.
For example they can help reduce tension and stress, or to ease aching muscles to name but a few.
These can be bought from Orla individually or put together in a “Holistic Hamper”.
FACE, HAND AND BODY CREAMS
Orla makes her own base cream in batches. She blends organic aloe vera gel, organic coco butter, and beeswax from Dingle beekeepers to create a lovely and nourishing cream. She adds different essential oils to these cream for their numerous benefits.
Face & Body Cream – with Orange Frankinsence & Lavender
Floral Hand Cream – with Mandarin, Petitgrain & Lavender

Foot Cream – Peppermint, T-Tree & Benzoin
BATH SALTS
Orla mixes both Himalayan Salts and Epsom salts. She then adds a variety of essential oils to have the desired effect for a most enjoyable soak in the bath that will have muscles relaxed and minds soothed and moods balanced!

This is a very handy tool to have in your pocket, purse or bag. The essential oil blends are inside the inhaler and when inhaled can have the desired effect; whether to relax and calm, ease an upset tummy or sooth a headache, focus the mind etc..
